I have to say that I’ve already made ricotta stuffed mushrooms in the past, and they were really bland. To be quite honest, I didn’t even really like them. That’s why I became optimistic when I came across this recipe. I mean, lemon zest… chilli peppers…. oregano! Let me tell you, these mushrooms are far from being bland.
Ohhhh, imagine a courgette stuffed with this cheesy mixture… that would be delish!
