Confession: I’ve always been a little afraid to cook with fresh chilly peppers.
I guess I used to think of burning fingers and a mouth on fire that can’t taste anything anymore. This is my second recipe in a row that calls for some chilli peppers and I think I am cured! I threw in a few chillies into this salad and it was delicious! Once again, a nice was the chase the blandness away!
