A light salad for a Monday night!
One thing I really enjoyed about this salad is the onions. It’s amazing how you can quickly pickle some onions simply by cutting them finely and placing them in some vinegar for about 10-15 minutes. They really add a nice bite to the salad. And the contrast with the sweet grapes is really nice.
