Day 16: Delicate Egg Ribons with Bresbola, Crsipy Fennel and Spring Leaves


I just love these wonderful salads that Jamie whips up for us! I find that they make a perfect week-night super!

This one is really fun to make…. The think egg ribbons are really neat to cook up and is an unexpected way to add egg to a beautiful salad.
